I want to thank you for your patience, understanding, and support as we navigated through this year. I end this year with a very full heart as I am reminded once again of the beautiful gift of our school community. Have a wonderful time with your family and be sure to include weekly Mass in your summer plans.

• Thursday, May 29 - Student Last Day - Half Day Dismissal at 11:45, lunch served
• Lost and Found - Lost and Found is overflowing! Unclaimed items will be donated at the end of the school year.
• Medication Pick-Up – According to the Archdiocesan policy, all medications (prescription and over-the-counter ) may only be sent home with a parent, guardian or other designated adult. Please stop by the school office to pick up your child's medication or it will be discarded at the end of the school year. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Final Lunch and Child Care Balances – Outstanding end of year lunch and child care balances will be taken or billed in June for the 2024-2025 school year.
• Summer Office Hours -
June 2 - June 15: School office is closed.
June 16 - July 11: School office is open weekday mornings from 9:00 - 12:00 noon or by appointment by emailing kclady@ol-g.org.
July 14 - July 20: School office is closed.
July 21: School office reopens weekday mornings from 9:00 - 12:00 noon or by appointment by emailing kclady@ol-g.org.

Athletics
• Congrats to our Cadet Soccer Team on WINNING the City Title! And Congrats to our Evelyn Vermillion in representing us in the Track City Finals!
• FALL SPORTS: We show minimal registrations which could result in cancelling teams. To register, please go to cyoarchindy.org. If you have any questions, please email us at athletics@ol-g.org. Sports available: Football (3rd - 8th), Cheer (3rd - 8th), Boys Kickball - 1 weekend at St. Barnabas (3rd - 8th), Girls Volleyball (4th - 8th).
• BOYS & GIRLS Flag Football: Kindergarten through 2nd graders are invited to play! Email Patrick Collier for more information: collierfamily8@att.net.
• FOOTBALL Conditioning (3rd - 8th): We will start meeting on Tuesday, July 8th at SSFC from 6:30 - 7:45, repeating every Tuesday / Thursday!
• There will be a few summer camps for sports this year! Please watch your emails for schedule information. Here's one for Girls Volleyball:
OLG Girls Volleyball Camp will be run by OLG Alumni and former Roncalli / Greenwood HS players. Due to insurance concerns, interested players need to have played in 24-25 season or are registered for the upcoming 25-26 season. Open to any 3rd - 8th grade Girls.
Schedule: June 16th - 18th at the OLG Gym! 2:30 - 3:30 for our new 3rd / 4th graders
3:30 - 5:00 for 5th / 6th graders
5:30 - 7:00 for 7th / 8th graders
