• Book Fair is underway!!! Online shopping is available:

• Three Things Thursday is Thursday, September 26th. Students may come to school out of uniform this day (while adhering to the guidelines in the school handbook) in exchange for donations of new socks of any size for St. Vincent de Paul. If students are unable to bring in socks, they may bring a monetary donation. This ministry serves families at Christmas and we are blessed to be able to help.
• Chocolate! 5th and 6th graders are selling chocolate bars to raise funds for their trip to Washington, DC in the fall of 2026. Sales began September 17 and end September 30. Look for your favorite 5th or 6th grade student to pick up a few bars at only $2 per bar. Thank you for your support!!

• COLORWALK (10/04/24) - See the attached link for details and a PLEDGE form to collect donations. Our 8th Grade Committee is solidifying prizes for top fundraisers and for families who raise $100! They will be using the funds to order a new fountain in the courtyard with extra money shared with the Musical and a gift to teachers. Hard copies will be sent home this week. A sign-up link is attached to the Pledge Form for volunteers!

• Boys BASKETBALL (3rd - 8th Grade) registrations are open ($90)! Sign-Up now to commit to a team. Go to www.cyoarchindy.org to register. Below are the MANDATORY evaluations meeting dates / times per age group. NOTE, it is required to attend and be registered to reserve a spot on a team. If payment is a concern, please reach out! Email athletics@ol-g.org -- NOTE, 3rd grade plays at St. Mark, a non-CYO league. When registering, note the option as there is NO payment yet for that team. Once numbers are confirmed, the "team fee" is equally distributed amongst players (around $50).
Cadet (7/8th grade) - MONDAY (9/23/24) 6:30 - 8:00pm. Please do not show up more than 5 min. early.
5/6th grade - TUESDAY (09/24/24) 7:00-8:00pm.
3/4th grade - TUESDAY (09/24/24) 6:30-7:00pm.
• Girls Basketball - ONLY 2nd & 3rd Graders - Please register now (www.cyoarchindy.org) if your daughter is interested! All games are at Holy Name on Saturdays. Season will be starting soon! There is NO fee currently, but once the teams are defined, costs will be divided amongst the players (usually around $50). Older girl's teams (4th - 8th) will have call-outs closer to Thanksgiving.
• VOLLEYBALL Volunteers (LAST CALL - it's this weekend!): We are hosting a tournament on 9/22 and need some help. If you or your teenager would like to help (referee, keep score, entry gate, cleaning crew), we would appreciate it!!!! • Homecoming 2024 at Roncalli! Join us Friday night to cheer on the Royals as they take on the Guerin Catholic Eagles for the 2024 Homecoming game! • Roncalli Sacred Sounds Concert - Please plan to join the Roncalli choirs as they present their annual Sacred Sounds concert on Thursday, September 26, at 7:00 PM in the auditorium.
This is a ticketed event. Tickets can be purchased at roncalli.booktix.com. Tickets are $10.00 for adults, $5.00 for Roncalli students and children 14 years old and younger. Remember to print off your tickets and bring them with you to the show. Tickets will be scanned at the entrance to the auditorium.
• First Semester Shadow Days at Roncalli Are Filling Up! Roncalli is excited to welcome future Royals to campus for the Royal for a Day Program! All shadows will be on an individual basis, with 10 students being able to join us each day. All visits will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, and they are filling quickly! Dates are still available October-April. If you are interested in getting your 8th grader signed up, please email Allie Ross at aross@roncalli.org for all available dates. Go, Royals!
• 2024 Roncalli Open House - Join us for the 2024 Roncalli Open House on Thursday, November 7 from 6:00-8:00 PM! The Ascension St. Vincent (ASV) gymnasium will be set up to explore Roncalli, so join us for a fun evening! Take a tour of the school, meet students and speak with faculty, staff & coaches. Check-in will take place in the main lobby of the ASV (Door 15).
