School News
• Three Things Thursday is tomorrow, Thursday, April 25th. Students may come to school out of uniform this day in exchange for a monetary donation to the Ronald McDonald House. In addition, the 2nd graders are still collecting pop tabs. Pop tab dollars help defray the operating costs of the House for families that stay there. Please continue to collect tabs and send them to school for this worthy cause.
• Upcoming Back-To-Back TTT - May TTT will be the following Thursday, May 2nd. We are taking part in the National Eucharist Congress Archindy Service project collecting items for Hygiene Care packages. We are collaborating with the parish with this and our parish youth group. Students can bring in single items that would fill the care package. They don't have to bring in a full zip lock bag with all the items that are listed on the attached flyer found here .
• Friday, May 3rd at the 8:30 am mass, we will have our traditional May Crowning. You are invited to join us at church every Wednesday and Friday at mass, of course, but especially on Friday, May 3rd.
• Parent Input for 2024-25 - Want to give input regarding your child's homeroom for the 24/25 school year? Student Information Form is your link. The deadline is Friday, May 3, 2024.
• Field Day, Friday, May 17th - The biggest day for OLG students quickly draws near! Field Day/Hot Dog Day 2024 is Friday, May 17th. Your help is needed! Games run throughout the day, so volunteers are needed to make these events happen. Please visit the Field Day Sign Up Genius to become part of this tradition!
• Hiring: Pre-K Assistant for 2024-25 - This hourly position is five days a week from 7:45 am to 3:00 pm. Please contact Jan McManus at jmcmanus@ol-g.org for a complete job description if you or someone you know is interested. This is a perfect opportunity for parents with school age children.

• Central Nine is once again hosting its annual summer camp in June for rising 7th and 8th graders. This year, our Nineovations summer camp is offering five different camp experiences for rising 7th and 8th graders to choose from! Each camp will be hosted by Central Nine Instructors, allowing campers to gain a real-world perspective on the benefits of higher education and training.
