• Friday, February 14 - Snow Make-Up E-Learning/Packet Day - We will NOT be at school in person. Teachers will set up e-learning or send packets home with students and will be available for a set time during the day. Teachers will communicate their plans with their homerooms as the time arrives.
• Monday, February 17 - No School - Presidents’ Day.
• Gather the Shoes - Please bring your old/new/used/any shoes to the collection boxes by the gym doors. The Washington, D.C. group is collecting them as a fundraiser. Shoes will be collected January through March.
• Parents’ Night Out has been cancelled.
• Purse BINGO - Donations Needed - Please consider purchasing a designer purse or suitable items for basket raffles for our Designer Purse BINGO (License #002041) which is Wednesday., April 30, 2025. Contact Jan McManus at 463-277-2030 or jmcmanus@ol-g.org if you have a new item you would like to donate. She will make arrangements with you to get the item(s).

• SOCCER (5th - 8th Grade - Boys & Girls) - If you plan on playing, you MUST be at our Call-Out on Monday 2/10 to reserve a spot on our teams. If you are not there (or registered), we can not guarantee that there will be space for your athlete. Register at www.cyoarchindy.org - or email athletics@ol-g.org for help!
5th / 6th Grade Boys & Girls: Monday, 5:00 - 5:45. NO CLEATS.

• TRACK (3rd - 8th Grade - Boys & Girls) - Be ready to RUN! We combine with SSFC for track to accommodate all the different events. You will have to register as a DUAL SCHOOL on the CYO website (SSFC School code is 125SFCSIN-IN). Please email us for assistance at athletics@ol-g.org. Practices will start in late February / March as weather clears!

3rd / 4th grade Girls, please come to the MANDATORY evals on Monday, 2/10 from 6:30 - 7:30. If you cannot attend, you must email Rachel Summers at rachelanne918@hotmail.com. • 26th Annual RHS Athletics Cash Bash & Raffle presented by the Roncalli Athletic Booster Club, will be Saturday, March 1, 2025 at The Atrium. Doors open 6:30, Dinner served at 7:30, Raffle begins at 8:00. General admission of $125 includes 1 ticket, dinner for 2, drinks and raffle chances.
• Junior Royal Theatre 19th Annual Summer Camp will be The Little Mermaid. Camp dates are June 2-26 9:00am-12:00 noon or July 7-25 8:30am-12:30pm. Open to all students who have just completed 2-8th grades. Cost is $250 per participant with a $50 discount for each additional sibling. Registration opens March 3.
