• Re-enrollment for the 2024-2025 School Year - Re-enrollment paperwork for the 2024-25 school year has been sent home. Please review, complete, and return to the school office to secure your student’s spot for next year before Open Registration begins February 1st. • Catholic Schools Week begins this Sunday. Be sure to check your email for all the details.
• Yearbook Cover Contest- How would you like to design the yearbook cover? Now is your chance!! Students in grades 4-8 can enter an original design for a chance to have their artwork featured on the front cover of our OLG 2023-2024 yearbook. Use your imagination and creativity to come up with a unique design to represent our school and take a front row seat on the yearbook! Just follow these instructions and get designing!! Who: Any OLG student in grades 4-8.
When: Start now!! All entries due Wednesday March, 13th 2024.
Theme: Your original artwork should be centered around our theme for this school year, “I Will Live My Life For You” and the words should be included somehow.

• 5th-8th Grade Boys and Girls: Check your email for details (sent Monday). All athletes playing soccer, girls kickball or boys volleyball MUST attend a brief meeting next Thursday (2/1) at 630 (in the gym). You must email us (athletics@ol-g.org) or attend the meeting to be considered on these spring teams. There is no guarantee that there will be teams or room for your athletes if they aren’t in attendance.

• Celebrate Romance February 10, 2024 at 6:30-11:00 PM - Each February, couples of all ages gather for an evening filled with dinner, laughter, dancing, & door prizes. With a little bit of romance and a whole lot of fun, this is always an evening to remember! Tickets: $80 per couple. Discounts available when you purchase a table for 4 couples. Beer and wine bracelets are available for purchase. Join us in the Parish Life Center (school gym) at Our Lady of the Greenwood from 6:30 – 11 PM. Free Throw Competition - Knights of Columbus Council #6138 is hosting the annual Free Throw Championship for boys and girls ages 9-14 to encourage the values of sportsmanship and healthy competition. Winners of this event will earn the right to compete at the district level. It will be held Sunday, Jan. 28 in the Our Lady of the Greenwood Parish Life Center. Who: Parents/Guardians and their current 8th grader who are interested in attending Roncalli High School next year
When: Tuesday, January 30 at 7 PM
Format: English, Spanish, Burmese, Hakha, Zomi
Where: Roncalli Auditorium
What You Will Learn: We will discuss Roncalli’s curriculum of courses, and you will have the opportunity to go to classrooms to speak with teachers regarding different elective courses.
What You Will Need: Your phone! All materials are on Roncalli’s website, so we will be accessing the website during the meeting.
