• Snow Make-Up E-Learning/Packet Days - will be Friday, January 17 and Friday, February 14. We will NOT be at school in person these two days. Teachers will set up e-learning or send packets home with students beforehand and will be available for a set time during these days. Teachers will communicate their plans with their homerooms as the time arrives.
• In the event of a 2 hour school delay, Preschool 3 year old class will begin at 10:15 am.
Dismissal will be at 12:15 for half day students. PreK classes will begin the school day with the 2 hour delay. Half day dismissal will be at 11:15. Morning Care will begin at 8:45 am on delay days.
• Help Spread the Word - Families who live in the 46217, 46227, 46237, 46143, and 46184 areas, would you please consider placing a NOW ENROLLING sign in your yards?
Our students come from 20 different zip codes, but the aforementioned five areas have the largest draws. • Purse BINGO - Donations Needed - Please consider purchasing a designer purse or suitable items for basket raffles for our Designer Purse BINGO (License #002041) which is Wednesday., April 30, 2025. Contact Jan McManus at 463-277-2030 or jmcmanus@ol-g.org if you have a new item you would like to donate. She will make arrangements with you to get the item(s).
• On Friday, January 31st, our students will experience the fourth annual Formal Lunch in their honor. The kids come dressed in their best, and the adults serve them! It's a splendid occasion!

Even if you’re not great at trivia, that’s okay…… Tables of 8-10 friends (old or brand new) answer questions as a team. No pressure… no one’s put on the spot. There are 10 categories with 10 questions per category. Cost is $25.00 per person which includes food, drinks and fun. No outside alcohol, please. 2025-2026 School Year Re-Registration - Re-registration for the upcoming school year is coming soon! January 2025 marks the beginning of re-registration. You will receive paperwork the week of January 13th to complete and return. Because open registration launches on February 1, 2025, you will need to return your re-registration paperwork in January to hold your spot.

• Free Throw Championship - Knights of Columbus Council #6138 is sponsoring the Free Throw Championship for boys and girls ages 9 to 14 to provide an athletic outlet and encourage the values of sportsmanship and healthy competition. Kids compete within their own gender and age, and progress from local level to district, regional and state/province competition.
