School News
• Three Things Thursday is Thursday, February 27th. Students may come to school out of uniform this day (while adhering to the guidelines in the school handbook) in exchange for a donation to OLG’s St. Vincent de Paul ministry. SVDP is low on funds for assistance now due to increased need and is grateful for any donations.
• Riedman-Hunter Scholarship - Each year, the PTO awards three (3) $500 scholarships to graduating 8th graders who are planning to attend Roncalli High School. Application forms and criteria were handed out last week and are due no later than Thursday, March 20th. Additional applications can be found via all 8th graders' emails, as well as in Mrs. Davis' 8th Grade Google Classroom.
• Gather the Shoes - Please bring your old/new/used/any shoes to the collection boxes by the gym doors. The Washington, D.C. group is collecting them as a fundraiser. Shoes will be collected through March.
• Purse BINGO - Donations Needed - Please consider purchasing a designer purse or suitable items for basket raffles for our Designer Purse BINGO (License #002041) which is Wednesday., April 30, 2025. Contact Jan McManus at 463-277-2030 or jmcmanus@ol-g.org if you have a new item you would like to donate. She will make arrangements with you to get the item(s).

• TRACK (3rd - 8th Grade - Boys & Girls) - It's not too late to register for Track! We combine with SSFC for track (register as a DUAL SCHOOL on the CYO website, using the SSFC School code 125SFCSININ). Please email us for assistance at athletics@ol-g.org.
• SUPPORT OUR ATHLETES! We are officially selling $20 raffle tickets to raise funds to keep OLG sports in action. Please email athletics@ol-g.org or your favorite athletic board member (Moster, Megregian, Summers, Denk, Williams, Vislay, Mahin, VanBree) to purchase. See the attached flyer here for more details! • Join the OLG Athletics Ministry! Several of our current athletic board members are looking to retire; we need your help to keep the Eagle Teams going! Please prayerfully consider joining the team! We meet once a month on a Sunday evening. We help get families registered, host home games, maintain equipment for practices, and communicate with CYO to get teams entered. If you are interested, please email athletics@ol-g.org or your favorite current board member!

• 26th Annual RHS Athletics Cash Bash & Raffle presented by the Roncalli Athletic Booster Club, will be Saturday, March 1, 2025 at The Atrium. Doors open 6:30, Dinner served at 7:30, Raffle begins at 8:00. General admission of $125 includes 1 ticket, dinner for 2, drinks and raffle chances.
